Stooge Removal, Bullshit Removal

Of course, there is a way to dispense with the notion of "Bobbleheads" taking credit for my work; posting the excerpts of that which was written and printed long before any of these essays. The dated computer files of these excerpts, along with the printouts, remain in my possession. Much of what is discussed in these essays was described years ago, and there is some overlap because of the incidents and occurrences since. But the themes are the same.

The subject matter that was documented and described beginning in August 2007 hasn't changed that much, nor have the CLEO antics. So much of what is described here is descriptive accounts of CLEO tactics that were clearly intended as devices of false attribution being recycled today (and every day since September 20, 1996 when Michael E. Bartley was issued a fraudulent ID by the California DMV). The IP Scam wasn't possible back then because when I was writing there was no need to use public computers that were always connected to each other and the Internet. I simply wrote these passages when the time was available. (But CLEO scams were always in progress).

Note that the style is slightly more "literate" because it was intended for a different audience, and I was more inclined to follow the guidelines that pertained to general circulation publishing. As noted previously, as a matter of personal amusement, I've indulged in free-style road-testing of the language and the environment. No guidelines, no editors, no restraints of any kind, so the essays reflect that.

"I took some time to consider those words, and evaluate the implications of them, once my thoughts and priorities were properly arranged. When I sought judicial review, I wasn't thinking about the ID issues or my inheritance, and I didn't understand how they were connected. It was always about the Constitution and the sacrifices that were made by others for it and the Bill of Rights. It took me awhile to make the connection between the ID and my mother's estate for that reason. I know now that there is no legitimate General Power of Attorney document, that fraud was committed by those just as described, because the signature is a relatively accurate rendition of hers. (Here I am referring to the lack of a hard copy, signed in ink). And unless my mother lied about it, and found Kevin Cimarusti in a cardboard box outside of Ralphs, we share her DNA.  Therefore, there should be conclusive evidence to support these suppositions. They are not speculative.

"In a dog eat dog world, my mother and I were neither motivated by greed, jealousy, envy or any of the other Deadly Sins. We are not dogs. For years, Mike Cimarusti kept my diploma on his mantle because it was the only four-year degree ever awarded to a Cimarusti. It was a source of pride and I left it there until his death for that reason. But because of his son Kevin's petty greed, I guess we're back to where we started. No Cimarusti has ever earned a BA degree, so he not only degraded his father and his memory, he degraded his own name. I wouldn't trade places with him for anything, and if he thinks what occurred was a victory, he doesn't know how much amusement I find imagining Whitcraft, Evenson and him sitting down to Thanksgiving dinner. Would John and Connie be present? Would my mother? What do Michael and Kristen think happened to their grandmother? It was Kevin Cimarusti that caused me to want to change my name, but only after Mike was gone."

"And while the military thugs were laughing it up when I was standing in line at a shelter, I was only shaking my head in disgust about what they had to do to accomplish it. Do you get a medal for taking out elderly schoolteachers, or their sons who were only trying to figure out why they were getting turned down for jobs without the benefit of common communications, counsel or judicial review? Again, I find amusement in the thought of a battle flag for the War of Sierra Madre. What next? Drones? AC-130 gunships? No wonder the U.S. hasn't won a war in my lifetime and finds itself in a predictable quagmire in Afghanistan. Best of luck."

"And now that I've come to understand what actually occurred, I'm trying to figure out what is different about the country I grew up in and North Korea, where people are for all intents and purpose prisoners for fear that outsiders might find out what's really going on there. Love it or leave? Wish I could."

"Again I will point to the unsupervised access to all things personal that the Patriot Act has provided to law enforcement that completely eviscerates not only the Constitution and the First and Fourth Amendments, but actually invites abuse of power by law enforcement officials. This unchecked power is a standing invitation to the Prosecutors Mutual Admiration and Protective Society to enrich themselves at the expense of innocent school teachers, their heirs, and anyone else who might become a target. I don't know how many examples I will be able to cite before the predetermined outcome of this 'investigation' is finally achieved, but understanding a problem is the key to solving it, so I continue to look for answers."

"So fourteen years later we still have examples of prosecutorial misconduct being employed for the purpose of covering up prosecutorial misconduct, with a series of phony, unsubstantiated complaints, staged portrayals to affect illegal activity . . . The day after I made my last phone call, I didn't leave a message because I knew it would not be heard, and the next day I tried again only to learn the number was 'no longer in sevice' which has been the pattern for four years."

"And it causes me to wonder how many more secret Patriot Act 'investigations' will satisfy the appetite of law enforcement? Why were the Constitution, access to counsel and judicial review such major obstacles to their definition of 'justice'? How many civilian casualties, American citizens included, are required for the military to achieve a single victory? How many stooges have to be let out of jail so law enforcement can concoct contrived charges against a single individual? How much power and revenue does the federal government need to govern? And what will be their legacy when their children and grandchildren have to pay the debt? How much money does the Whitcraft Family Trust require for John Andrew Whitcraft, Jr. to make his miserable existence worthwhile? His life will only be marked by a path of destruction, and John and Connie would probably not disagree with that assessment because they are not like him."

"And so the First Amendment, and apparently its only fan, enter another year of the Perpetual Investigation of anything and everything except for those that perpetrated the criminal acts that caused it. God Bless America? Not if God and the Truth have anything to do with each other."

There are another 700 pages that preceded these essays, not counting the correspondence associated with the sequence of events, the reports, and the other documentation that constitutes a rather complete appendix to the book. The essays were intended first as a theft report which law enforcement refused to acknowledge for obvious reasons, but along the way I've tried to connect all of the elements together such that they would become a comprehensive representation of the facts primarily for the benefit of the judiciary, as well as an argument for civil rights that were lost to the Patriot Act. Moreover, that the PMAPS have insulated themselves from anything resembling accountability, using the weapon and the shield of authority they enjoy because of their status as demigods. The essays are also intended to support that argument, and to illustrate how law enforcement officials are self-serving and, no more "credible" than anyone else, and in fact less so because PMAPS generally support them unless the offense is so egregious that the PMAPS have to take action or risk riots in the streets.

But the notion of "Bobbleheads" writing or editing on behalf of your humble writer is as ill-conceived as "Book-em Dan-O" Lasher's arrest and booking report narrative. It makes no sense, nor can it withstand scrutiny outside the CLEO Alternate Universe, which to this point has been completely reliant on bullshit. CLEO Bullshit, shrouded in the "credibility" they enjoy as Public Servants. Nothing more. So even as I write this essay, I'm obliged to watch the constant, and incessant, parade of CLEO stooges affecting the same portrayals described above and for the same reasons. And only possible because of the criminality of those described.
